About The Event

“How do you make living with all your difficulties look easy, even graceful?”, people ask.  

To answer this question, I created a class that would be the roadmap to living all of life gracefully.  It is the path I created for myself and the one I walk daily. 

 In my life, I reached a point of enough suffering, where I felt life was stagnant and painful.  I had lost my joy.  

It came into my awareness that it all stemmed from me and how I perceived my world.  Once I began to pay attention and see what it would take for me to actually change it, I began to take steps to shift it.  I created my own path using the knowledge and wisdom that miraculously came my way, spoke to my soul, and created the change I longed for.

The steps presented in this class are the framework I used to create my path.  Their purpose is to help you create yours.

It takes effort to begin to change our somewhat cemented neural pathways, but it is possible. 

Here are some questions to consider as you embark in this class:

  1. What would motivate you to walk your talk?
  2. Is your outerlife a reflection of your inner life?
  3. Are you focused, clear and balanced enough to create what you want in your life now?
  4. Is there anything that you’re ready to change and put into action in your life now?

Classes will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays through Zoom starting at 8pm CDT on August 17th.  There will be a total of 8 classes.  They will NOT be recorded, so make sure to add class times to your calendar to avoid missing them. 

The course includes a manual, presentation slides, homework, and group coaching all through our private FB group page.
